RR	# Posted: 5 Jun 2009 07:49 Reply I had my medical this morning. Not a particularly pleasant experience. I have been feeling a bit better lately, but am beginning to realise that everything is still pretty fragile. I got the time wrong - we were there too early - and that upset me as it just made me feel pretty useless, that I couldn't even get that right. My OH came with me. The doctor came to get me from the waiting room when my OH had gone to the loo - we waited for him in the doctor's room. She introduced herself to my OH but not to me. I have no idea how it went, really - tried to explain what effect depression has had on my life, and gave her a letter that my CPN had written for me. It did feel like a bit of an ordeal, and I can't imagine why any doctor would want to be part of such a system
